The west entrance to Custer State Park is located in the Black Hills, just 3.8 miles east of Custer, SD along Hwy. 16A.
Named after Lt. Colonel George Armstrong Custer, the park covers an area of over 71,000 acres. For those looking for adventure, nature drives, wildlife, hiking, great food, panorama views, and hidden gems, Custer State Park has it and more.
